Tsast Property LLC has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China's New Dazheng Property Group. As the number of properties and buildings in Mongolia grows, so do expectations for the quality of building operation and maintenance services.
Under the agreement, the two companies will adapt smart building systems, energy-saving technology and management expertise to Mongolian conditions and introduce them in pilot projects. This allows public and private property owners to focus on their core business while entrusting building operation and maintenance to a professional company that meets international standards.
Tsast Property LLC provides asset management services in line with ISO standards. Over 15 years it has managed the operation and maintenance of ICC Tower, the embassies of Italy, Poland and Kyrgyzstan in Mongolia, the Delegation of the European Union, residential house complexes and service buildings.
